Our experience with this team has been incredibly frustrating, and despite months of discussions, critical project issues remain unresolved. The lack of a clear roadmap, inadequate design quality, SEO, and poor adherence to brand guidelines have significantly hindered progress, risking both the success of our project and our professional reputation.

Key concerns:

Roadmap & Milestones: Despite assurances, there is still no clear tracking of deliverables, leading to unexpected last-minute requests and missed deadlines.

Design Quality: The design does not justify the $$$$ investment, appearing outdated and misaligned with modern standards. A clear design brief and rationale for choices are still missing.

SEO Strategy: We paid extra for SEO, yet there is no clear strategy, sitemap, or redirect mapping in place.

Brand Alignment: Our brand guidelines were shared at the project's start, yet they have not been properly incorporated, resulting in a website that looks generic and uninspired.

Communication & Professionalism: Meetings have lacked focus, key team members are often absent, and critical deliverables are not being met. Even basic attention to detail, like referring to our company by the correct name, has been lacking.

After a significant financial investment, we expected a level of professionalism and expertise that simply has not been delivered. We have repeatedly outlined our concerns and yet, progress remains stagnant.

Would not recommend based on our experience so far.
