I had an amazing experience with Camilla and her team. They are very attentive and are always ready to help. I saw the project fading in from the very first sketches until it get done. They helped me during the entire process for the construction of my house as well, end-to-end. Many times when I needed assistance, they were ready to pick my calls and promptly resolve the minor issues that eventually showed up... I really really recommend Camilla.

What can I say about Camilla and Lydia? They are top-notch in every sense of the word. I can't imagine where I would be without them, and will be forever thankful.

I had been stuck in permitting with LADBS for 18 months prior to being connected with them, and I was beginning to lose hope. They stepped in and assured me everything would be ok. They took over my project, got in touch with the city to understand what the corrections were, and handled everything in such a manner I didn't know was possible. They were communicative every step of the way and kept things moving.

Give them a call, you won't regret it. I can't imagine not working with them going forward.

Working with Camilla and her team was a pleasure. My house was a newly constructed 10,000 sqft home in Calabasas. Initially the City of Calabasas gave us pushback as to the size / scope of the project, but Camilla’s presentation to the City convinced them that it was consistent with the surrounding homes.

I was very impressed how Camilla and her team was able to get a couple of my projects done within the timeframe. I first hired the company to work on my bedroom and bathroom addition in Pacific Palisades. It went smooth and flawless. I took a second chance and hired them to work on my retaining wall and back fill slope which was a complicated project required by the city. After their design they were able to escalate it to their structural engineers which worked on it quickly. Camilla and her team were able to handle everything from design to getting the final permit. They even went the extra mile to get the clearance for Cal OSHA which was in downtown LA. I was very happy when they got that clearance and the other 7 items on time. The very next day they went back to LADBS and got me the permit. They care and want to make sure your plans are exactly what you want and is built safely and economically. They are a one stop shop and you will not have to worry. They take care of everything and will make sure you are given a contract to protect the customer and the firm. Their prices are very competitive. I shopped around for 3 other architect firms and they are about 50% lower than the others without having to compromise on the quality and work. I have worked with many architects, contractors, soils engineers, topographers etc and believe me C-Oliveira Design is by far the best out there. They are located in the Westside and it is easy to visit the team and office. I was able to get in touch with their team at any moment. Trust me you'll be very happy with them.

I called Oliverira Design after looking them up on the internet, once I spoke with them, they did everything I asked them to regarding the plans for my restaurant to open, I so appreciate them because with them being there for me at the right time I wouldn’t have been open, Olierira Design are the best on the planet.
