Refused to show up for meetings? I refused to waste any more of my time with your pathetic "offboarding meeting" request. Other than that I have attended and prompted everyone of your over promised & under delivered meetings. If you would like me to copy and paste those emails in this response I'm more than happy to do so. I guess I'm tired of hearing all of Jumper excuses as to why you cant uphold your promises. I am the one that continuously had to get in touch with you guys after 2 weeks post meeting and seeing no movements on my portal only to hear more excuses and to hear what I have to do to ensure you can do your job. Perhaps before taking $5500 from your client and promising them the world, do your homework and set a more legalistic expectation.

Don’t waste your time and money with this company. They approached me through social media. Told me that they can guarantee me 20 key words in the top 3 on google search within a 15mile radius of my current location. I had my first meeting with a lady from Jumper media who ran me through everything and took payment of $5500. I was then passed into another person who provided me access to my own portal however was advised that for optimal performance he only suggests 15 keywords but up to 10miles. I agreed as I’ve already paid and for a week or so monitored my chosen keywords. After the first week I noticed that I was only set up for 5 miles. I contacted them to advise them of this error to which they replied that our visibility will drop if we stretch to 10 miles. They were correct in what they said, our performance dropped massively and since then I’ve seen no increase in our visibility. I’ve organised meeting when them to address this and every time there were excuses as to why we are not visible. Blaming our SEO etc. needless to say it’s been several months and I haven’t received what I’ve been promised or paid for. What makes it even more frustrating is that every time I raised an issue with Jumper Media I spoke with a different person and every time their story and or excuses change. Seriously don’t waste your time and money on these guys. I’m sure there are outfits out there that can deliver on their promises.

These guys are legit! Their technology is what really maximized my search ranking within my areas. This company lacks integrity. I emailed for a month before I got a response or any help after the initial purchase. In the hopes that their product would deliver I kept on with them. I did not get anywhere close to where I was promised and when I asked to give me a refund on the second 3 month session which they took out of my account without warning they ignored me. The cancellation process is difficult as well. When I asked to cancel they directed me to the website where it told me to contact the people I just contated who told me to go to the website. I regret doing business with this company. I feel my funds would have had more roi elsewhere.
