I have shopped at stater brothers for 37 years. I raised 4 kids since I shopped alot. Went into the store got 2 items express was busy, found a register just finishing up with a customer. It was my turn the cashier turned around shouting across to another cashier. She then turned around and I said shouting across registers and turning your back on customers is rude not good customer service. I paid and left no apology or thank you. Too bad such a good store.

A huge thank you to Krystle for her exceptional service! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly attentive and made our shopping experience so smooth. We didn’t have our receipt but had proof of purchase, and without hesitation, Krystle quickly assisted us with our order. She didn’t push us towards store credit or dismiss our request just because we weren’t locals. The shop was spotless, and everything we needed was easy to find, making the entire process stress-free. Made a few visits to this establishment during a recent trip. My shopping experience was amplified thanks to the kindness of Krystle. Every time I walked up to her register, she would warmly greet my family and chat with us about our day. As a visitor, it is always nice to feel welcomed by local residents. As far as the customer service, when I needed to make an exchange Krystle went out of her way to ensure that the process was as smoothly as possible. Overall, Krystle is a phenomenal employee. She is deserving of recognition. Thank you Krystle!

With the upcoming holidays I like to make special dishes. One of these recipes I use not really so hard to find items . I asked the produce manager if he carried watercress and he said no. I washed if he can order watercress for me cause it’s a tradition in our family that we have this ingredient. He said no, that it’s not available. How can watercress not be available when it’s available year round? There’s no “season” for watercress. I went to your competition and they gladly special ordered what I needed and bought all my holiday items from them. One simple ingredient could’ve gain a customer for life but instead he chose to lose one forever

I am never shopping at this store again. I went to the checkstand tonight and what do I have a trans checker With nails.
I mean, I understand you have a different sexuality, but you have to realize this is a business and if you’re a man don’t come to work with nails on especially acrylics dress that way at your house, but not at work
Fruit was not fresh. I also got potato salad from the deli. The potatoes were hard as a rock that’s not potato salad supposed to be.
