On my way home the employee working there on 12-25 at 12:00 midnight I stopped in to get something to eat and I was given an attitude as soon as I walked in the door. I asked him if he had an issue with me and he cancelled the transaction and immediately called the police. I've never had any problems with any other employees just this one guy. If you are going to always have an attitude because mommy or daddy didn't love you enough maybe you shouldn't have a job being around people. Last time I will be walking into a 7/11 anywhere.

This place is disgusting. One fifteen on 1-24, I buy a cheeseburger bite, it’s hard as a rock. The pizza looks like it’s hard a rock also. The condiments look like they haven’t been clean since last year. I take the hotdog back and the cashier say “thanks for bothering me on my break” I’ve never been to such a disgusting convenience store.

I've been going to this 7-Eleven for years on occasion. Today I went in to get a couple protein bars and a donut for my boyfriend .The guy working there is a little bit odd but never really had any issues with him other than he mumbles and it's hard to understand him. Today I went in and was asking for a bag for the donut, as there were not any there, he mumbled something and I did heard him then say "the bags are by the taquitos." He didn't make any moves and was just standing behind the register so I took what I heard as well as his body language to mean that I should help myself. I looked at the taquitos counter and saw a bag on top so picked one up and put a donut in there and went to the counter. He shook his head at me in a very agitated way and said "I told you not to get the bag!". I said "oh I'm so sorry. I heard you say get a bag by the taquitos.". He began shaking his head more, saying NO!" he then called me "a tweaker," And continued mumbling and shaking his head. Ironically, much like an actual tweaker. I said "You know what, never mind. Have a good day." and left my items on the. register as he continued to mutter and mumble. Almost kind of comical but also very unhinged. I never make the best choices on snacks when I go in there anyway....So I guess he did me a favor!

I go to this almost all the time never had a problem. Till tonight and just to be clear I'm self employed and don't need to steal anything I'm set for life. The store clerk kicked me out because he says I stole from them and even tried to go in my pockets. RUDE

The staff at this 7-Eleven is awesome. Dilshad, Tony, Shawn, Mohammed, and everyone else here is great. I left my wallet on the counter here with quite a bit of cash in it recently and when I called from an hour away, Dilshad told me he had it and would keep it safe until I returned. Service is always speedy. Their $5 pizzas are amazing, and they have a big selection of other hot foods ready to take out. There is a massive assortment of snacks, cold sandwiches and foods, candy, soft drinks, coffee flavors hot and cold, beer, wine ,and just about anything else you would expect in a convenience store. Keep up the great work everyone!

I pick up many door dashes here and the employee who works during the day was very verbally abusive to me for no reason other than I was going to pick up an additional item for the customer at my own cost and he would not let me purchase it and called me a bad name.i won't go back this is the last time I will let him be abusive he's done it many times.very disappoited

I went to this 7-11 on 6/6/24, at 9.20 PM, and the female clerk that was working was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met!!! I saw that NJoy vape device had a bundle special, and I comment, "Oh, you have the bundel special for NJoy", she snapped at me, in a rude voice, "yeah, if you have the rewards number", I said, what rewards number, her response, "Your phone number".So I said I wanted the golden tobacco, kind, and she intitaly picked up the dark package that has rich tobacco, I said No, the golden, 5 MG if you have it 2.4 if you have no 5 mg. She snapped at me, that she knew witch 1 I wanted(even though she had the wrong flavor in her hand). There were a couple other interchanges of words, her with a really snoby tone, and I comment that "someone was having a crappy day!", She made some remark about me treating her like she was stupid, I guess because, when she had the wrong flavor in her hand, I said , "No, the golden tobbaco, in the lighter brown package". The entire rest of the interchange between us, was heated. She was just rude, and snotty, from the very first words that came out of her mouth! I was just trying to make a purchase, and receive the correct item, I wanted. At the end of our transaction, she commented to the man in line behind me, aand greeted him by name, asking how his evening was (sure wasn't pleasent like that to me!), he said good and asked her how was hers, and she stated, "well, it was good, Till now!!!". She was very rude, I did not say anything to her, at the start of the entire encounter, that should of set her off, like that, and I did get a bit #itchy back, and snarked, "that someone was having a crappy night", but I only did this, after she was being rude to me! Perhaps she had some kind of female anamosty, problem or something, and just didn't like me from the get-go, because I was female, but she was pleasent to the guy who ended up in line behind me, or maybe it was because she knew him by name, but she was rude as h#ll to me! I don't apppreciate rude customer service in an establishment that I'm spending my money in!!! It's bad customer service, and unprofessional. I have worked for years waiting tables, and worked in retail as well, and you just don't treat customers this way!!!
