Erik was an excellent and hands-on realtor that made what could have been a very difficult process so much smoother. Selling a house in any circumstance can be bumpy, but selling a deceased relative's house when you live halfway across the country adds many extra layers of potential problems -- but because of Erik's hard work and reliability, we were able to complete the entire process with barely a scratch.
