The apartments that I used to live in were filthy. The units were infested with roaches, bed bugs, and water bugs.
The managers dare plus the maintenance wouldn't do anything to get rid of the infestation of bugs and I feel like those apartments should be shut down

After saying to me that home visit and phone call is optional, they let their nurse showed up at my door without an appointment or permission from me. Sorry but not sorry im not opening my door to someone i have not agree to open my door to. I’ve done my job as a parent to get my child’s lab work done and get better. All they ever done is ask the same useless questions everytime they called me or visit my child at home. Waste tax payers money for these fresno county nurses. Useless nurses that they think they know better but all they do is use the same redundant questions again and again. Who do they think they are? You asked me is it okay for you to call me, but never did i ever said im gonna call you back… cuz its pointless talk until we see the results of the lab work.

Was able to get my baby his vaccinations. Thank goodness they have a program to help with this. I was getting very worried about my baby falling behind.
They could've been a bit more organized but times are tough and I get it. I'm just happy we got what we needed done.

I recently visited this establishment to receive a copy of my immunizations even though they didn't have it. They were very informative and took me through the steps on how to retrieve it. The staff was polite and respectful. Thank you all. I have what I need.👍🏿I received my immunizations in the mail.😇😁

I hope the Fresno county Health department and Police feel good about themselves throwing away a hard-working 16-year-old kid's food so he can make money. What a disgusting way to treat a kid who's trying to make money. If people want to purchase street food let them.

Boooo. They are horrible. This woman named Ruby REFUSED to take my complaint on a few establishments. WRONG on all accounts. Not the way a government agency should be acting. Shame on you. Also, it's against the law! You're obligated to take complaints whether you like it or not. Learn to do your job.

We have the best health department. I am a food vendor and I know I can always call and ask any, every and all the questions I may have. They always take the time to give me clear answers and help me understand what I can and cannot do- and why! Keep doing a great job!
