These people might be knowledgeable on the theoretical and scientific methods in providing efficient and effective care to the populace through experience. Disappointingly however, they follow policies that are made by inexperienced politicians. Furthermore, follows these policies without discretion, making ridiculous interpretation, and citations that is comparable to an inexperienced individual in the field.
Many turned into cold-heartedness just to meet the recommendations to avoid citations.

They really dont care to help others. When u call for anything you are on hold for a very long tine. Any calls made to get assistance with CNA licensing is futile. They will not help! Terrible customer service!
