Called this company for a repair/replacement of the top panel. Terry comes over take a look orders the panel and comes back in a few days to install. AFTER the panel is installed he tells me he couldn't find an exact match
...I tried to be cool about it but the whole thing made me angry
..the simple fact he knew the panel was not a match and he installed it anyway
..as you can see from the photo there is a noticeable gap...as soon as u drive up u notice my house didn't look like the others...I asked him to fix it and long story he never did...unfortunately i had to sell the house in this condition.

Greg has helped us on two occasions and I can't speak highly enough about the service he provided. Two years ago he replaced/upgraded rollers and today when my many decades old spring failed, he was able to come help at the end of the day so I could get my car out the next morning for work!!! He replaced springs and balanced like I needed and then did some preventive maintenance at no extra cost so my door would run like a Swiss watch. Can't say enough about how Greg provided immediate emergency service even after hours on a late Sunday night on New Years Day. We had just returned home from a late dinner to find our garage door would keep electronically returning to it's open position. When attempting to manually disengage and close it for at least the night, it instead became more unstable and uneven, including one of the wheels slipping off the track. We called several 24/7 emergency garage services, however Greg was the only one available and offered to help us last minute and responded promptly for a very reasonable rate, despite being after hours. Upon arrival, Greg was very friendly and diagnosed the issue with the springs and went about repairing our door, along with other adjustments. Overall, we can't thank Greg enough for his generous services and timeliness. Happy New Year and may God Bless you Greg.

We called 4 or 5 garage door repair companies before we called 007. We spoke to third party call centers at two companies who were less than helpful and another who wanted to charge $200 just to show up even though we knew our issue would be a relatively easy fix. We called Greg at 007 and he immediately started troubleshooting on the phone, asked for me to send pictures, and then showed up a few hours later to make the fix. Will definitely use him again!
