The email campaign sold about half of what we invested in the campaign so according to the "break-even guarantee" we were entitled to have another email blast sent but Ed Sanchez never honored it. I called and emailed him countless times over the course of months and I was just wasting my time. Every time we talked he seemed professional and attentive and said his team "would send me a draft shortly". That never happened, just straight up lies.
Eventually he stopped replying to my emails and I decided I wouldn't waste my energy on him any more.

Do not waste your time and your money with this unprofessional company!!! He does not value his customers. And don't fall for their "email data base" that he tries to sell for a lot of money. This is not a good audience to promote your brand and once Ed gets your money, he could care less...

Our campaigns were win/lose. Golf Pulp won. I had to chase Ed to fulfill the “Break-Even Guarantee”. I never felt valued as a client and his communication was just awful. Ed was very cordial on the phone, when I could finally reach him. NOTE: The address here on google is inaccurate! I sent products to their office as a part of our “influencer” campaign. Ed claimed that they had moved and that he never received the products. No influencers were ever contacted regarding our products. Another win/lose situation. Ridiculous.

After a very diligent search I chose to work with Golf Pulp Media and couldn't be more satisfied. In fact, we are going on our third successful campaign thanks to Ed and his team. They took the time to carefully craft a landing page second to none while taking the time after every campaign to review results and determine winning strategies. Wow, talk about a company going above and beyond the call of duty! So glad to be working with them and would recommend Golf Pulp to anyone!

I have worked with many marketing firms in my 45 years as an entrepreneur.
I look to develop relationships with people. As a result I took the time to drive to their Carlsbad office and meet face-to-face with Ed and Justin .
Bottom line is I would not work with Golf Pulp again - not because the email campaign was unsuccessful - that can happen as there are so many variables.
However what stuck with me was their lack of effective communication or any real interest in the success of the campaign.More importantly - by how I was personally treated - They just did not seem to care.

Had a phone consultation with this company that went pretty well. The next step was for them to check out our product and then speak more. I sent them freebies and several follow-up emails. They never responded. Since we were looking to PAY for their business I don't know what else to say.
