This place is a gem!!

We ordered a neon sign for our business back in 2018. Service was great and we got exactly what we wanted. They asked all the right questions to be able to get our design just how we wanted it.

Here we are now in 2023 and one day it stopped turning on. So I contacted them via email and right away they got back to me. They knew exactly what was wrong and in a couple of days they were out here repairing the sign for me.

I came in looking to get truck decals for my business done and they took care of me well. They made them very fast and had fantastic prices unlike another shop i went to in the area. The decals came out beautiful and they are very high quality and were cut very good with great clarity, I also had them install as well and they were very patient in getting it exactly how i wanted it and did it within the hour. I'll 100 percent be going back in the future for all my printing needs. They have forsure made a customer for life.

Came to Jefferson sign before knowing they did sign work for a few of my neighbors in Down Town Covina. Definitely confirmed my choice after hearing how happy they were with their signs. To say the least I am extremely happy with how amazing my sign came out especially working with such a weird window! Also had wall decals done and they came out great, really tied up the look I was going for. Designed a great sign and met deadlines perfectly! Can't wait for my neon signs and custom stickers ! Got some great signs for my property in Glendora to deter the homeless from using it as there hangout. The signage was to let them know that I have cameras on the property. So far so good no problems. Will order more for the front of the property. Jefferson Sign did a great job and were very prompt and professional.

Owner doesn't know what he's doing. I called and placed an order two weeks ago and never heard back. When I called to check on the status he didn't even remember talking to me and definitely didn't start on my order. I just hung up on him and went elsewhere. You should too.
