The inside of the target store in Santa Monica. They also have a lot of parking options available as well. We went grocery shopping with friends got food and snacks for us to have at the studio. They also have great prices for things as well. Was surprised by the sales that they have at their location. Looking forward to coming back to this place in the near future. You can try clothes as they have a fitting area as well. Wheel chair accessible as well.

Store hours:

Monday through Friday: 7 am - 10 pm
Saturday through Sunday: 8 am- 10 Pm

I ordered an item online for pickup and go to get it a couple hours after I get the email saying it’s ready, and when I get there they’re confused saying they don’t have the order. I show them the email and they go to the back to bring it out, but it’s the wrong color and dirty. I tell them it’s the wrong color and they pretty much and tell me to find it in the store and bring it to them. Idk why I even did that because when I found the area it was out of stock. So I go back and ask for a refund and they say that I’d have to do that online. After showing them that I couldn’t find a way to do that, then they refund me. Usually target pickups are simple, this seems to be a location with bad management.

You can usually find basic things you are looking for. This location is on the smaller side. Employees are helpful. Self checkout and cashiers are available.

I will continue to give one star to every store that forces me to press a button to get an associate to get any private personal care product and take it up to the front register. It is embarrassing and it borderlines discrimination. I do not want to hear the excuse about shoplifters and the homeless. Furthermore the restrooms are closed off to the public. Highly disappointed. I would like to encourage everyone to give a one-star rating if you see the same thing and also to give a bad review to the store on a corporate level.

What makes for good customer service? The very first thing is attitude. Greeting and welcoming your customers when they walk through the door. Asking if you can be of any assistance. Having a safe and secure store.

Imagine that you're having to shop for a private personal care product that entails pressing a button, having to disclose your item, then that item taken to the register for another associate to see and for everyone to see. This is insensitive, disrespectful, and rude. Everyone needs to start complaining about it and let's get back to where things were.

I would not go back. My wife and I had baby in the shopping cart and the wheels lock up at the exit. Six bags of groceries and the baby. Super inconvenient. Store is more concerned about theft than the conveniences of their paying customers. At the door carts piled up. A target employee was inside the store at the exit to tell customers that carts cannot go out after the wheels lock up and to collect them. Here’s an idea why don’t you have that employee outside to collect the carts in the parking lot as customers are done using them. There is an idea towards customer convenience and service. Think about it.

Wide selection of essential products. Lots of products locked up so you may need an employee to assist you for certain items.

Smooth pickup experience except I didn’t get to park in the 2 spots dedicated for drive up pickup purpose. Shame on these 2 cars that took up the spot - some spots are saved for a reason, and if you can’t even read those big signs you shouldn’t be driving.

WORST Target EVER!
Unless if you’re trying to waste time to simply grab or look at anything, DON’T shop here. Everything in the store is locked and the staff is super rude. I waited 20mins asking the employees to get me airborne and they ALL literally ignored me lol. F that, I’d rather drive somewhere far rather than shop here.
