I came in with my virgin hair excited. i have very dark hair and i wanted dark brown balayage. Left with a disaster in my head! Her name was Claudia and supposedly she had 30 years of experience.. She kept dropping her tools and was so unprepared. Not to mention unprofessional. Claudia wasn’t gentle with my hair at all and kept pulling it. When it came down to the balayage, Keep in mind i showed her and asked her PLENTY of times that i wanted dark brown. she gave me golden brown?!? She had to tone it 2 times and it was still the same color! It’s the worst ever experience i’ve had with a hair salon. My first time dying my hair and i got so disappointed and cried for several days. Not refundable. Unprofessional. Horrible service. Left with everything a mess. Even tried straightening my hair wet! Image speaks for itself. What i asked for. What i got.

I had a biopsy done and couldn’t shower - but really needed a hair wash. I called and explained the situation and they got me in immediately (yay!) with Allison (not sure if I spelled that correctly). She gave me a great wash and blow dry. She knew a lot about products and hair. She’s new to Gilroy with over 30 years experience. Looking for a new stylist or just want to try something new? Check them out. So so nice!! Very happy!

Went in for a balayage and was left with bright orange and brassy hair. My hair has never looked this way before. The appt took 5hrs. The hairstylist toned it three times and looked lost. They had me come back to fix it and “cancel the orange out”. My hair still looked horrible with random orange spots everywhere. Horrible! No refund for their mistake. Hairstylists are very inexperienced. I now have to go to a different salon to fix my hair. Save your time and money. Over priced for the experience you receive.

My first time here. Made a same day appointment, which was great. Yesenia Soto cut and styled my hair. I'm super happy! She cut the dead ends but left as much length as possible and she styled it super cute!

Love this place! I've been going for years. They'll make you a fresh cup of coffee while you relax and get pretty. Kim Campos is the BEST! I will go to her until I'm an old lady, and when she retires I'll have to shave my head, because no one would compare 🙂
