I have done at 3 orders with this company. For the most part, the product has been good and what I expected. They even did some special requests.

On our last order, the customer service was hostile toward me from the moment I began working with the service manager. (the flag holders were oriented differently than the previous 2 orders). I bought the signs with zero discount because the quality of past orders was good.

They never fixed the flag holders that were placed on the wrong side. After threats of calling the credit card company they sent me new PVC holders and said I had to rebuild the open house signs in order to make them consistent to the prior order. They offered to do it so long as I pay an additional labor charge.
