Kent, I thought you should know this is how your company portrays it self.
My sister purchased a course from this company but subsequently died around 45 days later. This was a significant purchase and the company has refused to talk with me and keeps pushing off any of our attempts to get even a small refund. As the full service was definitely not used, they have said they would provide a refund but now refuse to return calls/emails. Their response was that the fee was put on a credit card and that debt will be written off by the card company so it is not their problem or ours to deal with. As her estate is very small and we are not able to pay off all the debt, this refund for potentially $10,000 (the course she bought was over $20,000) could mean the difference between everyone getting paid for their debts or bankrupting the estate and having to pay only a portion of the debt to everyone. The lack of willingness to work with us or even respond is frustrating. They have their fee and will not discuss any options despite extenuating circumstances.

Great people to work with, really know their stuff... answer all your questions, always help out to insure you know what you are doing and how & when to do it. I have been to many RE seminars over the years. While most are thinly disguised sales promotions, this was the real deal. Great Real Estate Seminar. Not much fluff. Really appreciated industry panels at the end of the day. I will definitelt attend next year as well
