He provided excellent recommendations and worked closely with us to get our logo and doctors' names placed just right. We've been getting our uniforms embroidered here for years by the way.

Our staff absolutely loves the jackets—they fit perfectly, look amazing, and are super comfortable. The embroidery is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impeccable.

Went there this afternoon to get my kids sized for Challenger uniforms. My daughter, who is non-verbal and autistic, was having a hard time and was pretty loud. Both Elisha and the other gentleman at the front desk were beyond kind and understanding of my kiddos' special needs. The process was easy as can be and quick. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding with my kids. Not everyone is kind when they are around people who have disabilities but they were. I would recommend them to everyone because if they can treat my kids with kindness and respect I am sure that is how they will treat all of their customers!!

My family has purchased 2 lettermen's jackets and couldn't be happier. The prices were reasonable and the selection was great. For embroidery, they have a large library from which to choose your perfect addition to your garment. If they don't have it in their computer, they'll design one just for you. The staff are warm and friendly, making you feel comfortable right away.
They offer more than just jackets. School clothing, jerseys, shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, pants, etc. They even had items for work wear.
Embroidery and screenprinting are done on the premises.

I called on Nov 5th, 2015 to ask a simple question about printing words on my own shirt. S/He said s/he must see the tshirt(huh? I told them it is 100% cotton tshirt just like theirs)...I just wanted to know how much per letter with standard size would cost me. S/he was being an a**hole and snapped at me and hung up on me before I asked for email address to send him the 6 simple words I wanted on my common 100% cotton tshirt. Lost a potential customer big time. Kudos to your horrible customer services.
