This shop is awesome! They’re open later than others and super friendly and accommodating. Their spot on the beach is a perfect place to launch from.

I've rented from a couple places in Tahoe before and this was one experience that was very negative. Customer service is a huge deal and the woman who helped us was not very nice and seemed to be on auto pilot - like she was annoyed at the questions and responded with a scripted answer. Upon return, the gentleman who helped us was very nice and engaging so that was refreshing. The equipment is cheap (just being honest). No dry ports and the seat broke from usual wear and tear. They should still inspect their equipment every day.

The positives - you can take the equipment out for as long as you want and they charge you when you get back. I really like this business model - no stress about wanting to take your time and enjoy yourself. Average pricing so you get what you get anywhere in North Lake.

Probably would not rent from them again.

The Hawaiian style shave ice was amazing! Steven had great customer service, and he was just a real nice guy. I'm pretty sure we accidentally took the rental employees table, and they were totally cool with it! I highly recommend this place.
