I can not speak highly enough of Jan and Adventure Travel! I wanted to take my teenager and 8 year old on a memorable and impactful trip to Europe over the winter holiday. My vision was 3 weeks by train; Barcelona to Rome, via France and Switzerland... Complicated, to say the least, and I absolutely could never have made it happen without Jan's absolute skill, knowledge, and experience. By the finish of our planning together, I had a thick packet of our plane tickets, each hotel reservation, train ticket, museum and attraction passes, and a clear understanding of how a single parent could execute such a wild scheme. We went to the top of the Eiffel tower, the Sagrada Familia, the Colosseum, Disney, Vatican, and so much more.... Each stop was meticulously planned, and I had zero issues, ever, along the way. I can't believe how smoothly the trip unfolded; I owe so much to Adventure Travel for making this trip Do-able for my kids and I. Jan, you're the best!! I would recommend Adventure Travel to everyone. It's much easier than booking online, and having Jan as a support throughout the trip was amazing. Thank you, Adventure Travel!!!!

I'm sitting in the Maui airport right now on my way back from my family trip that Jan helped me plan. We're about to board and I'm just so grateful at all the tips and information Jan helped with on this trip. Yesterday I wasn't able to check in 24hrs before our flight because my family was snorkeling. The day before I had called Jan and she was able to check us in on time. Now my family will be able to board together and sit together. It's been a super smooth trip and now a smooth trip home. I'm just thankful and wanted to leave a review.

Adventure travel is by far the most helpful, and professional travel service I have ever used. Jan the owner is versed in almost every country in the world and her expertise is unsurpassed. I have used many online travel services such as kayak,TripAdvisor, Expedia etc. in the past, and the prices seemed lower but when I call the hotels, the deals are hardly ever honored. Plus when I called adventure travel, they wound up being less expensive. I wanted to go to LA and visit all the theme parks and I had NO idea about the LA/Hollywood area and Jan helped me find a hotel, gave me the 411 on restaurants she had personally been and even saved me hundreds by telling me how to use the public transit systems so I didn't have to waste money on a rental and parking at the parks! I will NEVER use the websites again after seeing the quality of service when you work with a real person and not a website. 6/5 stars!!!
