We were previously running our business with Optimum's Internet/Phone services. We had multiple outages DAILY on both. They sent a tech out twice and neither time resolved the issue. This was a major hit to our daily revenue and production. Thankfully we came across ALLO! From the initial phone call, service techs and management, everyone provided excellent customer service. They understood the urgency and got us set up in a very reasonable time! We have had zero issues since switching! I would recommend giving them a call. If and when their service works, it's fine, although VERY expensive. On the other hand, if it doesn't work, they run you in circles and waste your time. They miss or cancel appointments 50% of the time on house calls as well.

I kept having disconnection issues.
Spent a tremendous amount of time on the phone with them. They never solved the issue.

Allo Communications provided outstanding service both in the field and at their office. I was initially curious about the benefits of switching to fiber optic cable, and the difference has been significant! The download speeds are impressive, but the upload speeds are even more remarkable. As someone who frequently uploads videos for my business, tasks that used to take several minutes are now nearly instantaneous. The team came the night before to prepare for the installation, and two technicians arrived the next day to complete the setup—everyone involved was highly professional. I also had a question about my home security cameras, which I remembered only after the team had left. When I called the office, a local representative promptly assisted me and even set up a specific tier for them. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Moreover, the installation was free, and the monthly fees are competitive, offering the fastest internet speeds available. I highly recommend them.

Best service in town. Buried two lines for us and the internet is flawless. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, our internet is always up and running at full speed.
