When I haven't wanted to pay for an architect but also couldn't trust my contractors with the visionary or spatial elements of a project, Summit Drafting has been the perfect solution. Josh, being a contractor himself, has tons of experience working with builders, city planners, architects, designers, and owners in terms of finding solutions, mitigating risk, and saving money.

My most recent project with him was a small garage that I've been wanting to convert into an apartment, but I've been stuck with not knowing how exactly to configure the space. Josh met me onsite the same day I reached out to him, and he had some great ideas for me. He drew up some plans and gave me some options for the space and emailed them to me in less than a week. He's fast, creative, and affordable- an all-around great guy to work with. I highly recommend Josh and the team at Summit Drafting!
