I run a restaurant in Cerritos and Bob together with Ernie from The Sign Factory really saved us this holiday season. The lighting on our exterior signage went out during a period of heavy rain on one of our most important days of the season. Bob was extremely responsive and was able to partially diagnose the problem via email and text. They came out the same day, in the rain! and were able to get us back up and running at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

I am a property manager in Norwalk, that was looking Electrican. That could repair some lighting in my carports. I had already had one come out with 2 other guys was here at my property for 2 hours and no repairs,
but I know I am going to get a large service charge bill. Will I did some praying and god to send me an honest Electrian thats good, and know what he doing., And He sent me Bob with BGM & lighting . He was here about 30mins. and my carport lights were working again. No service charge just gave Bob a vendor packet so that we could continue doing business together when needed. Thank you Bob a pleasure meeting you.
