Reviewing Dan Nguyen's legal advice on contracts and living trust knowledge and expertise. Hopefully, at some point, I can utilize his services when dealing with businesses and licensing and all that encompasses business dealing/planning.

10 years ago before moving onto new professions, we utilized Dan's legal expertise to negotiate contracts in our current professions. A lot of the verbiage was new to us and we were in
over our heads with the lengthy contracts that were sent out. We sought Dan's help after reaching out to friends about what we were seeking to find.

Dan dutifully fulfilled that AND went above and beyond. He was able to ascertain the minute details that would be important in determining whether or not this contract was in our best interest. Needless to say, we utilized him to talk to our current employers and he took care of business! He negotiated some terms, simplified some language, and gave us a big thumbs up with the new profession. And he allowed us the opportunity to ask as many questions as possible - even if they were "stupid." He answered them all professionally and explained it to us like the lay people we are!

He's also stated that during our conversation if there was something that he COULD NOT do, he would seek his professional network and give us the best advisor for those matters. We were impressed with this because the sheer fact that he is able to recognize shortcomings (not many) is as important as the knowledge he holds. We appreciate his candor, honesty, and dedication to his craft. It truly is unmatched.
