Today 12/27/2024 at 1.30 pm - The lady from the convenience shop was xenophobic and mistreated me and all my family. She’s definitely not qualified to work in customer service or dealing with people. It is so sad that we spent about a 100 bucks there having such a bad experience. They only treated good my brother in law , an American, with the rest of us Latinos they were very very rude. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!

They were extremely unprofessional and rude and treated me poorly. Three of them were cleaning up a mess and all three took turns yelling at me. I wanted to use the soda machine and simply try to ask if it would be okay I didn't need to step into the area they were cleaning.

Older Hispanic cashier was rude and unprofessional. I asked to rent all day parking space for $20 cash cause they don't take card for that. Cashier took my money without showing me or telling the rules of what all day parking meant. I believed that all day means all day that's why she gave me dashboard receipt.

I remember that I had left my medicine in my house rental so I told the cashier my circumstances and she told me that I better hurry up cause if someone else comes she would rent out my space even though I didn't even parked 5 minutes on her lot. So I asked for a refund and she said nope and started waiving her fingers and talking to me like I'm her child.

I don't appreciate that type of treatment when thanks to me and all the customers she has a job.

People like that makes me not want to return to your location.

Also what's up with just cash for the parking spaces I wonder if they report that cash income to IRS. Well will find out cause I contacted IRS with my concerns.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE OLD WHITE GUY WORKING HERE IS RACIST!! This guy wasn't even in the store working and all of a sudden he comes out and threatens us that we can't park in the parking spot and we were telling him okay we will move and he was saying he's going to call the cops on us and the tow truck when we were already walking towards our car to move it he just kept threatening us. He could've said it nicely and been understanding as we aren't from around here but instead he was being rude and racist. I was extremely upset as he was trying to argue with us after we told him we were going to park somewhere else. Would not recommend going here.

Where is gas station experience ever! The selection of snacks was horrible, and there was a very mean older lady in there who locked both the bathrooms and said that they cannot be used until after she sprays them down and she's "really busy right now" and she'll get to it when she gets to it. And then after she spray them down I need to wait 15 minutes for each. Completely horrendous experience.

I paid for 10$ in gas and picked the wrong grade, put the nozzle back and was unable to get gas when I tried again. The gal inside called me a liar and an older women working with her called the store manager and told me she couldn't do anything about it and I would have to come back when he was there. I have better things to do with my time than to try and scam Chevron out of 10$ in gas. I'll change this review if the manager actually gives me my money back when I go in there to see him. Mostly giving the one star because the chick working the counter insinuated that I was lying multiple times which is rude af and doesn't make any sense why I would go through all that for 10$ in gas just to have to pay again because my car was running on empty

Prices are 20 cents cheaper then other gas stations in the area. Check it out for yourself on gas buddy. Cleanest restrooms and friendliest staff to help me get what I needed. Great selection of beer on the lake
