We are EXTREMELY pleased with the sign Coastal Sings Plus made for our gym.

The service was quick and everyone we worked with was friendly, punctual, and knew their stuff. We gave them our logo and they took it from there! From design to installation, their communication was efficient and professional. It even lights up which isn’t something we didn’t know we needed, but it makes a huge difference. We have people coming in all the time saying they were driving by the night before, saw our sign, and wanted to come in.

We plan on eventually remodeling the inside of our gym and we will 100% be using them again for our signage and decals.

These images represent a 10' x 40' wall with marketing collateral about our renovation. A great and cost effective way to hide construction walls while showcasing what's planned ahead. I don't like giving negative reviews, but I regret the day, I decided to use this company to make 5 channel letters I needed for a sign I was making for a client. Here's the laundry list of what went wrong:

1. They told me the lead time was 8-10 business days. Then the day before it should be shipped, they pushed it out an additional 8-10 business days... That happened twice. Granted, a pandemic gives you some leeway (although I work with loads of national suppliers and nobody else was behind schedule, because every one is "essential"), but it wasn't until my customer threatened project cancellation and wanted a refund, that they completed those 5 letters.

2. The rendering was incorrect and an unclear "digital drawing" that didn't show you much more than what the vector art looks like and some specs, meaning there was lots of back and forth and confusion, trying to figure out what the heck I was going to be getting. (Like apparently when requesting a brushed brass finish, that means its only brushed on the top. The sides are just metallic paint. Not exactly what I thought, when I paid the deposit, but I'll live.)

3. When the letters arrived, we planned to simply attach to our backer and hand it over to our customer, as he was anxious to get it on his wall. But we unpackaged them, and they didn't even come CLOSE to looking like the brushed brass I was quoted, what was on the rendering, or even like the photos sent prior to packaging (which apparently had a crazy yellow filter on them). They were somewhere between bronze and copper. Metallic, reddish brown, without a hint of yellow undertones that brass has. As you can see in my photos, the sides literally match a can of rustoleum "metallic rust". The tops are shiny and brushed, but are not much better color wise.

4. The sides were in desperate need of touching up. Faded areas that didn't get a thick enough coat of paint, chips on the edges, laminate that isn't routed flush with the channel, and still showing lots of the silver edge of the brushed laminate.

5. I requested WARM white LEDs to match the LEDs going on the backer. Before shipping, I even confirmed the kelvin temp - which they said was 3000. NOPE. We plugged them in and they are cool white - identical to our 6000 kelvin cool white LED modules.

So I spent my entire Saturday, with some brass tinted aluminum flashing, an exacto knife, brass spray paint, and some warm white LEDs that were for another job, trying to make this company's product look remotely like what I ordered, and not make my irritated customer wait any longer.
