Seth put a Solid State drive on my laptop a year or so ago, which has made it work a great deal faster than it did before. Since then, I've approached him with a couple of things that I thought needed doing such as upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11 (which Microsoft say I can't do but which I learned online was possible). He told me that he could do that for about $40 but even though he'd be doing himself out of work he'd advise me to keep running Windows 10 for as long as I could and that would probably be fine. So I would say that if you have a computer problem go to him (just say no to the Geek Squad!). He does good work and he won't get you to play for unnecessary stuff, as sadly many businesses try to do these days.
