We have had such an amazing experience with the staff at Doctor Multimedia, and our website now looks AMAZING! Before contacting them our website was outdated and now it looks as amazing as our clinic is. We've been working with Alberto and he has made the process as simple as possible and handled just about everything for us (which is so important because we are a busy clinic), while responding quickly and ensuring all our needs have been met. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMPANY. We have been with them since 2019 and they built us the most beautiful website we've ever had in 35 yrs. Customer support has always been prompt and on time. We are now corporately owned and need to be under their umbrella, otherwise we would not leave Dr Multimedia. We moved to Doctor Multimedia after being with Officite for YEARS. So glad we did! 180 degree improvement. From start to finish the switch was seamless. We worked with Jason & he was there for us the entire time. In fact he checks in with me periodically to see if we need anything. The programmers respond with any changes our updates in a timely manner.
