This company did a great job! I found them using a random search for custom lapel pins. Their customer service was outstanding, staying in contact with me through the design, production, and shipping phases. Our customer service representative, Grace, had a lot of patience with me as it took almost a month to get everyone to agree/approve the purchase. Once we approved the order, our pins arrived in less than 2 weeks. The quality is outstanding, the price was great, and they included free custom decals as a thank-you! 10 out of 10, I will order from them again.

Amazing service, great product and overall a very pleasant experience. Bought pins of myself because I'm a streamer and they turned out to be absolutely amazing! Some people will be receiving these soon and are super excited for it!

Penny has coordinated all my purchases since I found GS-JJ. I had done major research and pricing for our challenge coin, and their prices and quality as well as the design assistance was outstanding.
