Knowledgeable, fun, and gets the job done! . Ginny brought enthusiasm and expertise to the process of helping us find our new home. She paid attention to what we were most interested in, showed us options that fit our needs and has guided us through the process flawlessly.

She's Got What It Takes! It seems to me that we want 2 major things in a realtor: someone who knows what they are doing and someone who is available to help us throughout the selling and moving process. Ginny is that and more. She helped us get rid of furniture we did not want to move, she provided names of workers to help get the house ready, she was responsive whenever I contacted her, she priced our house appropriately. Hello, my name is Mark Hawkins. And I would like to tell you a little bit about my experience with Ginny Ritz.
I first met Ginny back in 2020, when she helped me negotiate a deal on my house in Marysville California. From the very start she was the consummate real estate professional. She helped me out with every facet of my real estate experience.
Recently I've been contemplating on selling my house, in Clearlake Oaks.
When I first initiated communication with the listing agents associates, some red flags went up. I suspected some unethical practices maybe happening.
I immediately reached out to Ginny. We stayed in touch over the past 4 years, and have become friends.
Within about an hour and a half, Ginny was able to look into my situation.
And after a bit of digging, she alleviated any apprehensions I had, to move forward.
I would say to anyone reading this, for the majority of Americans, entering the real estate market, aside from either getting married, or maybe starting a new family, purchasing a new house will most likely be the most important decision of your life!
Don't take it lightly!I would say the most important aspect in buying a new home, is choosing the right realtor. My experience with Ginny, has taught me, that was her experience, knowledge, an enthusiasm, I have no doubt she will be able to help you as well.
GINNY stands out among her peers, in the real estate world, and so if I had to describe her, it would be in one word... OUTSTANDING!
During the experience in buying my second property, I discovered I could call upon Ginny day or night, with any questions or concerns.
I want to say, that purchasing a new home, for most, can be very stressful.
Ginny was able to help me through the whole process, and minimize any apprehensions I might have. Also... Just after moving into my new house, I suffered a horrific fall.
Jenny looked out for me, came to my house, and made sure I was okay.
She even brought me food. Subsequently, I wasn't able to drive my car to a doctor's appointment.
And Jenny drove me to yuba City, to see my doctor.
On our way back to Marysville, Jenny pointed out a few properties that she had sold.
At one point, she pointed to a house, and in typical Ginny modesty, she turned to me and said"and I sold that one twice"!
After a moment, she blurted out..."LIKE YOURS!"
We both had to laugh!
So bottom line, whether you're a first-time home buyer, or like me, have negotiated several properties.
