It was 22° today! News flash for newbies: The FMCTA depot is NOT open on Saturdays. THIS MEANS THAT:
You're stuck outside, no matter how hot, wet, windy or freezing cold it is outside. Also, the schedule is NOT the same as M-F & there is ZERO access to the depot bathroom, coffee pot or vending macines on Sat.
If any of this is a concern for you, make other arrangements or DON'T RIDE ON SATURDAYS.

The bus was very much on time & took Name & Phone Number. We traveled the interstate & I felt very safe. Masks are required. Arrived on time to my destination & we returned on time & I was quite pleased.

I gave them a call this afternoon when I got off of work. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude to me! I asked if they give transportation to a specific address and she said, “ what kind of transport?” I said, “I need a ride home.” She replied with, “ well I need to know where you are first,” in a rude, smart tone. I said, “I’m at my job at...” then she cute me off and yelled, “ sir I need to know where!” I was about to explain where exactly I was when she cut me off again! Saying, “I need to know where you are going!?!?” I started saying, “I need to be transported to my home...” then I was cut off again! She said, “sir if you don’t tell me where you need to be we can’t help you!” How can I tell you anything when you keep interrupting me!? I finally said never mind and hung up. I haven’t ever felt the need to write a bad review on anything! But this surely deserves it.

I am a person that rides the bus I depend on it to get to work to get to the doctor's appointments and I must say that these buses and drivers are out there driving even when schools are canceled and roads are bad so just if you do ride the bus remember to be nice to your driver and be safe
