Back on May 11th 2024 I went here after my computer battery had died, paid them a $50 deposit to fix it up. I get a call at the end of May that my entire motherboard was fried and that they would be able to switch my information chip over to a different computer. I paid them $310 for that. Once I get the computer, I find it is nowhere near the kind of computer I had previously, (I had an hp that was touch screen and could bend into a tablet) the computer I got was not touch screen and could not fold in to a tablet. So once I get the computer back I use it twice and then the entire thing craps out. Couldn’t turn it on or anything. All my information that I wanted to save from my other computer, completely gone. So I call, they walk me through some suggestions that don’t work. I asked for $100 refund, it takes them two weeks of no call back for me to call them back and then they said they would have to check the paper work and call me back. When they do call me back they said they had a $50 refund for me? All in all NOT WORHT IT!!!! Find a different place to go to! Ended up being out a computer AND $300!

Took my phone in to replace battery Tech ordered part without verifying phone model. Was promised a next day repair and instead was without my phone for 5 days. Phone crashed after repair. Had to factory reset losing some data. Would not trust them again with any of my tech repairs

I showed Peter my phones cracked screen and he instantly started searching for one. Showed me the computer screen he was ordering with, so I could see, and gave me choices a cheaper or higher priced screen. Had me pay the deposit for shipping and got the part within a couple days and had it fixed in a timely manner. Impressed with his ability to work with me and made me feel very trusting of him and his company. The best service I've had in Ukiah regarding Android phones!

I've been to Mendo Tech Net twice. Once with charging and microphone problems. Once with glitchy virus-y problems. They were able to help me both times by replacing some parts in the first instance and by cleaning up a lot of my unused stuff and cookies, etc. in the second instance. What I really like is that they worked on my phone the same day, and resolved the issues in less than 4 hours time. Great to have my phone in working condition - thanks Peter! I'll also stop crawling under houses when I need to at work without taking my phone out of my pant's leg pocket first. Way too easy to get dirt in all those sensitive ports.

I really wish I would have looked into other reviews and specific complaints more thouroughly!! I saw that others had the same experience as me. After 3 days, I was told that my computer has a CPU issue and it wasn't worth repairing. I went to pick up my computer and it wasn't even screwed together. It was already down to bare bones with screws. I dropped off the computer with 4 screws and got it back with 3. There was grimy stuff all over my computer and an odd gray dust (looked nothing like the whitish dust that my own computer had accumulated over the years.) Even though I had already pried most of my computer apart myself, they still managed to do additional damage to the corners of my computer. I truly feel like they figured it was already falling apart so it didn't matter. That was the impression I got by how Aaron was talking about my computer. So, I got my computer back and it wouldn't do ANYTHING. I got frustrated and pulled it apart again myself. Come to find out, they left 3 cables unplugged. I was able to put them back in place and quickly realized that the problem, all along, was that one of the cables keeps coming unplugged. Unfortunately, they did not reconnect the keyboard, so now I don't have a keyboard and will have to pay a second time for someone to fix that. I am just beyond belief that a place that can't even spring for a few screws and returns your computer in such bad shape (and still charges you) is in business as a computer repair shop. I am absolutely flabbergasted and I really wanted to like this place as they kept touting their church affiliation. In all fairness, I haven't called and talked to them about it yet but I am in such shock that I had to vent about it right away. Oh yeah, I can also run a diagnostic on my computer myself and I have "no issues" so how is it "probably" my CPU? And why do I need to pay more to know for sure when I was originally paying for a diagnostic and got no diagnosis? I am soooo upset about this!!

I brought my phone in with a cracked front screen and camera lens. From that point on I had to bring my phone back 5 other times and still have issues with my phone. I paid $110 to fix my screen and lens but my microphone got messed up after I got it back from them. The lady who works there said she tried putting a new microphone in and it still dident work and they won't do anything else to make it right. She said .."SOME PHONES JUST DON'T LIKE TO BE TOUCHED" also that other people have brought there phones in to be repaired and they never turn on again and they are not responsible for that. It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Mendo TechNet has always repaired all my devices without issue! I always crack the screens on my phone and tablet but they always repair them, and get the devices running again. Super grateful for their local help ? try them out!! Good pricing too ?
