It's always nice doing business with someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also enjoys their craft. I came to Steve about my MacBook that I've had for over six years. I didn't want to get rid of it because it's been a good computer. Steve was able to do the upgrades I requested and even with some technical difficulties along the way he was diligent in getting it up and running so I wouldn't have to go out and buy another operating system. A worker from here. After I had just wrecked my car in a green work shirt from here got in my face. Charged me and my daughter. He had nothing to do with the wreck. And I was alone with my daughter. Not only did he scare my child. But I felt threatened. If this is what this place stands for it’s not a good place to get things fixed. He looked to be late 40’s and white.

I have a 3 yr old Dell mini-tower that sorely needed a 'tune-up'. (Something I thought Norton Utilities did periodically; boy was I wrong.)

Steve recommended an SSD drive and a bank of 5 USB 3.0 (?) ports, and checked the whole system over. I wanted to max out my RAM, whihc he said likely wasn't necessary but it was so cheap, I had him throw in for good measure.)

WOW!! No more waiting patiently for things to boot up or load or open or ... you get the picture. And I no longer sit staring at the blue 'circle of death'. He was very knowledgeable, quick, professional and the prices very reasonable (especially surprising was how cheap a 1 TB SSD drive is, and how much difference it makes). Scheduling the service was very easy, with quick turnarounds.
