I usually do not write reviews, positive or negative. I took a knife in to be engraved to give as a gift. I was specific about wanting the engraving centered on lower part of the blade. The result was not what I specified. The owner’s(?) response when I stated it was not what I asked for was basically “oh well”. I now have a gift that I will NOT be giving and I definitely will not be doing any business with this company again!

Diane is awesome and creative. Great personality and very warm. I walked into her shop my first purchase was a license plate for my car. She had little to work with as far as my logo but she made it work. My second purchased was a gift for one of girlfriends in personalizing a hydro flask with my logo, it came out beautiful! Love love this company and the owner (Diane) is awesome to work with!

I took an hour glass to get engraved. And she did terrible work, it was not centered. And you would have thought she could have centered it to look much nicer than it did. And she still charged me for it. Will never ever take anything to this place again was so dissatisfied.😡😡

Haven’t been pleased with our last orders. Over time I became very specific with directions and somehow it’s worse each time. Seems like they gave up on making quality work. Addressing the bad work isn’t even an option when they have extremely bad attitudes.

Can not say enough good things about Nameplate!!

Did a rush same-day turn around engraving for a last minute gift & did a marvelous job!!!

Was even nice enough to redo the project when I realized I gave the wrong spelling lol
