I went in with a picture of the exact lettering I wanted for a window sticker and asked if they could make it and they said yes no problem. They sent me 3 designs that weren't exactly what I asked for. So I said thats fine they can just refund me because I was paying $70 for it and want what I asked for and what they said they'd have no problem doing. They said they would refund me everything but $15 for the design fee which upset me because if they had given me what I asked for I wouldn't even need a refund. They gave me attitude over it and said what they made was the same so I went in to argue it and the red haired lady and the tall boy with overgrown hair tried to argue and act stupid. Eventually they gave me my full refund but if they say they can do something don't take their word for it cause even when they cant they try to keep ur money. There attempt at what I gave them looked like a temu cheap knockoff. And they get defensive when u challenge them. Don't waste ur money there. The one I picked was nice and detailed the one they made wasn't blending one color to the next or detailed like I asked for and the line underneath wasn't even centered under each word.

Excellent Service! I want to thank the team over at Namers for customizing a sweatshirt at the last minute that allowed me to surprise someone for their birthday. They were very helpful and the turnaround was quick. I will definitely be going back for all of my custom orders!

I ordered over 100 shirts for my father’s retirement ceremony. With a short turn around time I anticipated some bumps in the road, but to my delight everything went perfect. Richard not only tackled our order, he threw in a banner for the ceremony! I cannot recommend Namerrs Signs enough. Professional, timely, and quality! Thank you Richard!!

I placed a custom order on Monday. The representative who took my order, asked me what day I would like it ready I advised him I could pick it up on Wednesday. He said that was perfect. Wednesday came around, I received no call from the shop. Therefore, I called to follow up on my order on Thursday. A representative named Matthew then answered the phone and advised my order was not ready, but to give them an hour, and my order would be ready. Therefore, I called back an hour later. A representative named Deedee answered the phone. I called to follow up on my order (which I was advised it would be ready in one hour) only to be informed by that it was still not ready. I requested a refund on my order due to lack of organization amongst them all. Upon requesting a refund she became very disrespectful, her customer service wasn’t pleasing, and lacked professionalism.

I would like to notate that Matthew was phenomenal, but unfortunately Deedee’s actions lacked professionalism overall.

My younger brother recently passed away and I ordered 24 Dollar tree prayer candles. Namers did an amazing job putting the memorial sticker on the candles of my brother. Absolutely everybody at the funeral services loved the candles and everybody went home with one. I thank you so much for doing an amazing job. I highly recommend this company.

They accepted my rush order immediately. I accidentally paid extra and they called to let me know I have extra money to be returned to me.
So far the customer service is amazing!

A few months later I went back here for a sweater print design and my son ended up started his clothing brand from the awesome design they did.

Unfortunately, my experience with Namerrs Signs, Printing & T-Shirts has been less than satisfactory. I ordered a street sign less than three months ago, and it is already falling off. On top of that, I also ordered some folder printing over three months ago and have yet to receive anything, every time I called the business, they said they will call me back but they never do. It's clear that the quality of their products is subpar, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. I hope they consider this review as an opportunity to improve their service and the quality of their products.
