This organization appears to be soliciting me with fraudulent material. After I complained I got the issue resolved but I hesitate to do business with someone who sends a bill via email for something that I never ordered. They are very difficult to get ahold of. I had to leave two voicemails, two emails, and this review before I got a response.

I emailed about getting charged several months twice. They didn't bother to refund the extra charges. They didn't cancel the account when I asked. No phone support services. Absolutely ridiculous.
