Do not deal with this company at all!!! Plain and simple! Soon you will find out that they have some of the most incompetent representatives around who have the audacity to email you back only to say that they are closing your case or can't help you while because of their mistake you have been charged fees unjustly by health institutions such as Kaiser Permanente. This company is a big joke! Save yourself your time, effort, energy, and a whole lot of headache by making sure that your health broker does not do some of their work through this awful company. Do your due diligence before signing up with any health insurer.
