They where very curious, prompt, I don't think I've ever had a dr. Appointment go so smoothly. The quickly but completely gathered all the info about my case that they needed without ever seeming rushed. Had my next appointment scheduled and me on my way without ever having to wait for a nurse or Dr. For more than 2 minutes if that. From the front desk to the nurses and Dr. They are all great.

Appointment time was on schedule. Very clean office. Office staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable and valued. They took their time to explain to me step-by-step, process and procedures and made sure to ask me if I had any questions several times. It was very comforting. They did not try to just rush me in and out like I was in a drive thru. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you

I've had a piece of glass in my finger for 6 years. I've asked doctors if I can get it out. They either said they didn't know how to request such a procedure or said if it doesn't get worse then leave it alone. I went to pacific dermatology and on the first day they took it out. I was so relieved I started crying in the room. I'm very thankful to them. Very pro active. I would recommend them.

Wonderful experience. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and the doctor and nurse assistant were right on time. I needed to get some lesions burned off and the doctor put me right at ease. I highly recommend these folks for anyone who has skin problems.

I was early but they took me back right away. Staff was respectful, kind & efficient. Doctor was very kind as well & helped me understand, recommended I continue the course of treatment, made sure I understood her instructions as well as expressing pleasure at the progress!
