I took a 7 hour exam this weekend and I wanted to thank all the staff who made the experience so much less nerve wracking by being incredibly professional, warm, and receptive. I think I lucked out by taking my exam at this location. I live about 30 minutes from this pearson testing center and the one in Fresno, and I am so glad and thankful that my exam was at this location because the staff couldn't have done a better job at making my experience better. Also, there is free parking under some solar panels. Overall highly recommend.

This testing center is so polite and helpful, I can't begin to thank them enough. I had an appointment for a national exam scheduled for 12:30pm on a Saturday and live 1.5 hours away. Unfortunately my tire blew on the way there and I thought for sure I'd have to reschedule and lose my test fee. I immediately called them while waiting for the tow truck and they were beyond understanding and helped me work through it. The manager, Alana, was extremely professional and polite through the entire process and informed her staff of the situation. When I arrived at the testing center they were all very kind and encouraged me to shake off the nerves and go ace my test. They went above and beyond, and I am very thankful I chose to go here for my national exam. Thanks!
