It is a nice cozy family friendly bar. There is nice hang out areas and actual tables there to socialize and eat if you don’t want to sit at the bar table. I went with my family who are more old school and they enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which was delicious and the rest of family ordered burgers all the burgers my family said was incredible!! Definitely won’t leave hungry and the staff is incredibly friendly!! Food is so good can’t wait to come back to Gilroy to eat at pops again 🙂

I had previously came with family and really enjoyed my entrée, drinks, and appetizer so I decided to pop in for lunch. To my surprise, the place once again provided excellent service and food/drinks. I believe this place has become my new favorite spot for lunch/dinner. If I lived closer I would definitely be here at least once a week! Seemed like a cool hang out spot for golfers and locals in the neighborhood as well. I will definitely be coming back for a birthday dinner or family outing!

Best burger pub in Santa Clara County. I really like hamburgers, having good side is a bonus, such as; onion rings and sweet potatoes fries. The dining area is an open sports bar. It can be a little chilly by the windows. Hence 4 stars for the atmosphere. I have eaten at Pop's when there was 12 patrons and when the room was packed. Service has been good, food arrived very warm and in a timely manner. Hot to me is fresh brew hot coffee. The burgers are large and taste awesome. My 2 cents, 02-05-25.

The calamari tacos were huge, delicious, loved the jalapeños!!!
I had the burger with cheese. I like that they had sautéed onions and raw onions, lots of good green lettuce. Salad was really good, i would just ask for the dressing on the side because i prefer less, but my husband loves his salad fully drenched., so for him it's perfect.
Onion rings were good too.

Came in for dinner with some good friends while visiting the South Bay! Good beer selection, and great food! I had the spicy chicken sandwich this go around and it was awesome! Also had the tall Mai Tai-PA beer. Great food, great times and great company!

So happy to see this place come to Gilroy, amazing food and great atmosphere. The staff was on point, they only have been open a few weeks but the level of service was exceptional. Huge gourmet burgers, short rib was amazing and it came with a tamale, which was delicious. They also have Promised Land Brewing company on tap so it’s great to see them pouring local craft beer. Also great craft cocktails at good prices.

Just passing through and had an amazing experience! First, such a cool spot! Decor is really nice and it's super clean. Service was awesome; super friendly. Pretty extensive menu too. I had BLT on sourdough, really yummy, fries were exceptional 😋 Husband had the tortilla soup, hands down best I have ever had! Flavors were great, chock full of chicken, a meal in itself! The cocktail list looked awesome too.
