Primary Color: A Dangerous Driving Hazard

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Primary Color and their reckless driving practices. On 8/28/24, I was nearly involved in a serious accident due to the negligence of one of their drivers. While merging from the 405 freeway onto the 710, a Primary Color vehicle, driven at a dangerously high speed, cut me off and forced me to swerve to avoid a collision. This reckless maneuver could have had devastating consequences.

It is unacceptable that a company like Primary Color allows their drivers to operate vehicles in such a manner. Their disregard for road safety puts countless lives at risk. It is imperative that they take immediate action to address this issue and hold their drivers accountable for their dangerous behavior.

I have photos available of the Primary Color vehicle and the driver involved in this incident as evidence. Additionally, I contacted Primary Color directly to report the incident and was promised to speak with a live representative. However, I was instead transferred to a voicemail box, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.

I urge Primary Color to take this matter seriously and implement measures to ensure the safety of their drivers and other road users.

I have been dealing with this company to get my graphics for months now. I have had multiple project managers assigned, no proper communication, I had to hire my lawyer to look into the permit issue since they kept saying that the permit was the issue only for me to find out that it's been sitting waiting for resubmittal.
I was told by a director that they need some time to get this project back "on track" and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't gotten a date for when they think they can get this project back on track. I have had the worst customer experience and wouldn't be using this company unless I wasn't being forced to use them because they're an approved vendor for my franchise.
