Overall AMAZING experience with Pyramid Imprints!! Recently had shirts made for a Mets game where my Grandfather was being honored as Veteran of the game. The shirts were perfect! On top of that it was a large order AND a RUSH JOB! Eleanor was beyond helpful and accommodating and pulled off what I had thought an impossible job!! Highly recommend this place!!

If you have a choice, definitely I would recommend working with Pyramid staff on your local project. Final product (Red Tshirt with front logo screen print, back Yoke screen print AND multicolir Heat transfer on Sleeve) is great and they finished on the timing we discussed...even though I added a few extra things into the printing!! Haha. Great job guys!!

I took a brand new (tags still on) jersey to the pyramid location to have them simply put a name and a number in the back and showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. I was quoted one price. Then I asked if the name and number could have a black border like the photo I showed initially, t tohe price almost doubled instantly. Ok, no problem, I said go ahead and do it anyway. They said ready in one hour. I returned one hour and five minutes later, only to be told I would need to wait another 15-20 minutes. Finally,I received the Jersey. Upon initial inspection everything looked ok. I quickly realized that the number has been placed crooked. It was slanting downward from left to right. I mentioned it to the person helping me and she said: "oh, yeah, slightly about a quarter of an inch." I asked if it could be fixed. She simply stated no. She apologized and said there was nothing she could do. I felt she should have offered to replace the Jersey at best to show great customer service, at worst I thought she would say that she was giving me a refund for my trouble of the now ruined jersey. She did neither. I was left with a brand new ruined jersey and no recourse from the "professionals" who made the mistake and not having any attention to detail. Be very careful about doing business with Pyramid in Bergenfield. I know I certainly won't be returning.

This place has been top notch for years!! Years ago(about 10) had work shirts made (for tommy foxs) there and they are still in great condition!
A week ago my husband had shirts made on the fly for his grandfather and they were perfect!!
Eleanor was so helpful from start to finish!
