Went to buy stuff, got coffee and had a terrible experience from the “manager” who made puking noises at me. Call to talk to the store manager, make a complaint and then get a message from the Starbucks employees best friend who was now harassing me. I will NEVER use this store ever again. Kind of disgusting this is allowed and I’m taking it to the regional manager of Starbucks. To be harassed after this is unacceptable. Do better Safeway!

Had about $60 of meat in my cart. I was charged for it and it was never put back in my cart. Got home before I realized. I live 25 minutes away so I called them. They had it at the store. I asked them for a refund which they said they can only do in person. Which sounds like baloney. I have two small children and can't spend another 50 minutes in the car. The customer service representative was extremely rude on the phone. Not as much of a sorry for their mess up. Won't be returning except to get my money back. Hopefully they honor that because I won't be able to go back for a few days now.

Let's be clear. I go to Safeway every day to get a sandwich. Most of the time, I just get the pre-made sandwich. However, I will, on occasion, have a sandwich made. I order the same sandwich every single time I do this. Sourdough with pepper turkey bacon pepper jack cheddar lettuce and tomato with red onion. Every time, it costs 6.99. What varies is the consistency of my sandwich. Most of the time, I get two pieces of cheese. Sometimes, I get one. Well, this time they told me we don't have onion. They can just slice one. When I get my sandwich, it was 8.99 stating they had to charge me for the bacon and cheese. I have never had to do this, and like I said, I buy 20 sandwiches a month from Safeway. It annoys me that a market of this stature and size that makes 36.6 billion is revenue yesrly will deny me onions and charge me through the teeth for what always get. To top it off, when I mention it, it gets thrown back onto me as if I am being the problem. Shame on you, Safeway shame on you. 36.6 billion a year.

Safeway is awesome I have been searching around for a place to buy rolls of quarters. They were very helpful without having goto a bank and have a account with that bank. Thanks so much

So Safeway offers an incentive to people who transfers prescriptions, guess who’s not eligible? Anyone receiving government insurance…. Are they not the ones who probably need it the most? So the only people who don’t get the incentive is people who can’t afford medical insurance of the fancy variety

Its been like 3 weeks at least of not being able to find and buy a 64oz of lucerne hazelnut creamer. Im tired of spending more money to buy a bunch of little ones. Its the most basic creamer, why do you have the gross nasty zero sugar vanilla creamer that will cause you cancer instead of the normal hazelnut

Just go to the 15th Ave Safeway. Everything there is better.

Shelves have been mostly stocked where as Walmart and Winco have not been. However most of the employees aren't very friendly. A few are though. The short woman with very curly short hair who's worked there forever is extremely rude. Produce has a nice selection. Prices aren't great but at least it pays with gas rewards.

Update- the remodel is really bringing the store up to date. The short curly hair woman is in the bakery in the evenings now and she's still rude, she still seems like she hates her job, and she has refused things I've purchased before.

The deli often closes early and they refuse to help you even if its before the posted closing time. It is one of the better grocery store delis though. The cold case photos were taken at 6pm.

I have favorite cashiers but won't mentione names! Some Safeway workers young men&women: stare w/a look as if u r not liked/welcomed, R rude & have an attitude. I shop more@ WinCo due 2 pricing but enjoy our local Safeway 4 selection, a quick buy or items on sale. Customer service is good 4 the most part. Thank u Delia 4 your alertness, kindness and taking care of customers in the correct order!

The bakery dept. At the #kelsowashington store is the best. We have bought cakes here for over 15 years and they are always consistently great. Great value and price. 2xs we tried going to a local bakery for a special occasion to only pay double and not near the quality we get from Kelso safeway. So we always recommend this bakery. Thank you again for such a fun Van Halen themed bday cake that tasted amazing!
