Male Front Desk representative who answered the phone that does the “trainings” to other employees was very rude. Wouldn’t recommend someone of his statue to answer phones or be customer facing as he has no social skills it seemed. Or maybe he doesn’t like his job. The female rep who answered my call yesterday was nice. It was just the male head trainer who gave rude remarks about this establishments employees I didn’t like. The last rep did what she could to help me and that is what matters. No need to shame your establishments employees to clients over the phone on what they are and aren’t supposed to be doing. She got the job done and took care of me. Wouldn’t recommend the “trainer” for that role or the front desk position, and this is coming from an HR perspective. This call took place Wednesday, June 14th 2023 a little bit before 9 AM. Thanks.

The worst experience EVER! I have called over 20x in the past 2 months at least only to be transferred all over the place. Even the Superviser did not even call me back after 21/2 weeks! Wow! I filed a case last November and no one has returned any information to me whatsoever! And today the receptionist was so rude to me yelling at me on the phone about how each attorney has 1200-1400 cases! And then when I was talking she rudely transferred me to my attorney without letting me finish what I was saying! These people are supposed to help the public, not be nasty to them! I did not deserve that! I just want to speak to someone about what is going on with my case?

My most recent experience with Derek Reid of the San Diego Public Defenders office was formidable and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for representing me. I would recommend Mr. Reid to anyone in need of legal aide. He was professional, thorough, and I now have a more positive opinion of this office of the Public Defender.

I've left voice-mail almost every day for 2 weeks straight and still can not get a call back. My case seems to be one they don't care about. If you don't have money for a paid attorney then plan on not getting any help from san diego public defender. This office needs to be under investigation

San Diego Public defenders worked harder on my case than i have ever heard of before. Im grateful to have my case handled in such a professional matter. 🙂 Keep up the good work. To all the negative reviews..... When you're guilty your guilty. 🙂

1 Star is too much. Negative stars here are appropriate. The Public Defender is a corrupt cabal that operates for the benefit of prosecution, all too willing to engage in malfeasance to protect the dirty cops and even dirtier attorneys with the District Attorney and CIty Attorney knowing that good jobs with more money, more kickbacks and more security with more powerful law Orders await them with the offices of the District Attorney and City Attorney if they do. The Public Defender is the burger flipper position in the legal profession, and no attorney wants to be there.

God help you if you have to use these people. You will need to be prepared to do your own legal work if you do.
