My internet just went out. I called the number and it said "please note: we are performing regular system maintenance. The maintenance period is from 12 midnight to 5 am. You may experience intermittent internet service. If you still have no internet after 5 am, please call us." How can you call if there is no one there to answer the phone? Very, very unhappy! We should have received some prior notification before this occurred!! And for this I am paying $79.00+ A month? Totally uncalled for!

I had a recent problem with my internet. I was able to get in touch with Garrett at the office. After turning in a work order over the phone, they arrived at my home the next day to replace my older equipment, increased my internet speed and more. Much appreciated.

The best around!
I've been having minor issues with my internet but come to find out it was a simple setting in my WiFi router. A quick call to South Central Communications and they were able to fix it over the phone! I was impressed with my internet speeds before but WOW now they're on a whole new level of LIGHTNING FAST! Thank you South Central!

Internet constantly down or excessively slow. Workers are quick to blame customers and their equipment. If there was a better alternative id take it in a heartbeat, but its a small town.
