I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Jim at Sign Art Factory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I reached out to Jim with a couple of projects, emphasizing the urgency of our needs. Unfortunately, my encounter with Sign Art Factory has been nothing short of frustrating.

The website boldly claims that Sign Art Factory can handle projects of any size, big or small. However, this statement is misleading, and my recent experience proves otherwise. Despite the urgency of our projects, it took Jim an astonishing two weeks to inform me that I should look for another vendor.

This level of disregard for customer needs is simply unacceptable. It's disheartening to see a business promote itself as capable of handling diverse projects when, in reality, it cannot fulfill its promises.

I had hoped for a more professional and responsive approach from Sign Art Factory, especially considering the emphasis on their ability to handle all project sizes. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and the delay in communication only added to the frustration.

I would strongly caution others who are considering Sign Art Factory for their projects.
