Steer clear of Smart Media Marketing. I paid $1,095 for their services, only to find myself, five months later, without a single deliverable for my money. While Landon may appear personable and competent over the phone, his performance in terms of customer satisfaction, prompt communication, and delivering on promises is severely lacking. To his credit, the one thing he excelled at was providing reasons—swiftly, at that—explaining the consistent delays in following through on his word. Whether it was staffing issues or medical problems, Landon would offer some sob story to divert attention from his incompetence. I strongly advise everyone to avoid paying Landon (Smart Media Marketing) any money whatsoever. This has unquestionably been one of the worst and most regrettable purchases I have made.

I just started working with Landon Charles of Smart Media about 3 months ago when nobody, as in 0, was going to my news site. Today, I am getting 60,000 visitors a month averaging 13 page views per visitor. His knowledge is complete and he has my complete confidence. He has a strategy of visitor quality rather than necessarily quantity which seems to be different from most who are focused on quantity and getting to the top of the search engine. He is very comfortable to work with and very responsive. He also has takes the time to teach me many things that I can do that i did not have knowledge of which has made a huge difference. He has a great team very willing to go the extra mile and then some. Consider yourself in good hands with Smart Media Marketing.

I've worked over the years with a lot of companies that supply mediocre work. When I was introduced to Smart Media Marketing I was sincerely impressed. Landon truly deliveries what he says in the time commitment stated. But most important for a person like me, he spoke language that I understood. He wasn't so technical that he didn't understand me and communicated back so I clearly understood him!

Never thought we would receive the five star treatment we got from Smart Media Marketing PR, and Landon Charles. I was on a deadline to get my Recording Artists Website up and running. The studio we had been using for 11 years took my money and left us in a lurch. I happen to call Landon one Monday night in April. He stepped up to the plate, and delivered a HOME RUN FOR US. He found out what we wanted and needed done...which WAS everything. He was on top of the project, made suggestions which turned out to be GREAT. And, they allowed our input 100% and understood completely what we were trying to achieve.
His involvement in this project was very impressive. They were always professional yet friendly and informative and whenever I phoned he always took my calls and answered my questions. It was nice that he called me to clarify something I had sent him. Their involvement and concern in our project WAS VERY REFRESHING...considering the rudeness I had experienced from the unprofessional man we had been doing business with. I HIGHLY recommend Smart Media if your looking for someone that CARES about their business, has old fashion manners and respect for their customers and clients. We hope to be with Smart Media for years ahead. Landon, thanks for all your help and hard work. The PRBUSN website was a real challenge. After several failed website attempts by other companies, who couldn't deliver what they promised, Smart Media Marketing came throughby for me in a big way. The website is a huge accomplishment and will launch with all the bells and whistles Landon promised! When it's all said in done, Landon is my guy from now on when I need anything done related too websites. The man is a true professional and a straight shooter.
