Company is a joke, not paying employees on time, people working long hours 6 days a week 9 and half hour a week! Training is not paid either!
So, stay away from this company, go to school and work for real money, not for their imaginary promises. Very disappointing!
I am keeping this review here until I see paychecks for all hour my daughter worked! Not paying your employees is unlawful and unacceptable!

Update: so, my daughter got paid, if you decided to work for them prepare yourself that you are getting about $12 per hour. (Less than minimum wage). You paid only 40 hours a week when you actually working 48 hrs (M-F + Saturday) and every day it is more than 8hrs. They are using fresh young ppl to get more customers for their company and generally not care about you. Stay away!

This company is a joke. After providing them with all your contact information, they will unprofessionally contact you only thru text messages (no phone calls or emails) and never introduce themselves by name, just that they represent "Solstice Marketing." When you try to schedule an appointment, they force you to do a zoom interview. They will not allow you to schedule an in-person appointment. They will refuse to work with your schedule or availability. They will only offer small openings of 15min increments at the most unpreferred times even after you tell them your availability. Even when you, yourself, try to adapt and be flexible to accommodate their schedule, they will still tell you they don't have availability for you. Then when you try to schedule something for the following day, they will respond with "I don't know what my availability will be that day." Seriously? This is just ridiculously awful customer service. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever tried to work with. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

When i first started here, the energy was all there. The work environment and the support system is unbeatable. If you want a company where you can grow personally and professionally on top of helping people on a day to day basis, you will be successful here. The skills i have developed in a short time of being here, I can implement not only in the workplace but outside of the workplace as well. I cannot wait to see how rapidly I grow in this business and so on!

She was absolutely knowledgeable about the products she had brought and services for the items! Super sweetheart & very GOOD communication! She was made sure the needs were met. Everything was fully explained. Even tho I did not need the services, she was very respectful to that! I highly recommend Emily for any help that is needed!
