Lisa, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure her company not only understands our small business and needs, but she makes sure that we are knowledgeable about best work practices. Because of Spherion, our small business has been able to get the support we need without the extra administrative hassles and expenses. This gives us more time to provide good customer service which is our main focus. We love that Lisa and her team are always available, respond to our calls promptly, and their accounting has been flawless. We are so happy a colleague referred the Woodland California office to us. Hiring them was one of the best business decisions we could have made.

My experience with Spherion was great. Becky and Lisa were very super super helpful, they answered all of my many questions. And they got back to me in a timely manner. I've tried to work with a couple other companies, they don't email or call me back :/. This team defiantly will give you an update about what's going on. I needed to get a typing certificate and Becky at Spherion walked me through all the steps to properly prepare for the test. Both she and Lisa greeted me warmly, were kind, and answered all of my questions. Not only did I get my typing certificate, I also had a quick and easy experience thanks to Spherion.

I needed a typing certificate and I called the office where I spoke with Becky. She was very professional and booked an appointment for me the next day. I came in to take the test and it was okay. The other worker was moving around some boxes and made it really noisy and quite distracting for me. I would think that they could set aside a few minutes to allow people to complete their test in a quiet environment since the test is just 3 minutes long. Either way I obtained my certificate and hope to take it again within a years time.

The location is easy to find and clearly marked. The front office is clean and neatly organized. Staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly.

I scheduled a next-day appointment for a typing test. I arrived about 15 minutes early, and was finished and out the door in about the same amount of time. Even though I’m doing my own private job hunting and I just needed a typing certificate, they seemed very enthusiastic for me and wished me success.

Anyway, my expectation of a business is that the services offered are straight to the point, seamless, AFFORDABLE, and easy. I don’t usually leave business reviews online, but what can I say other than more businesses should operate like this…

I was able to call and get a same day typing test that was needed. The staff were friendly professional and clear on instruction. It was quick and easy I not only received 2 paper certificates but also a digital copy as well.
