Nick the Manager came with a great group of people. He told us about the upgrades in our neighborhood and helped us understand our benefits better! I am a student and got into sales tactics through a guy name Micheal and the discount he promised is not eligible at my plan and I have to pay penalties if I cancel my new plan. I was doing good in T mobile but got into sales scam and it’s not right be aware of sales tactics and the company should provide proper training and knowledge of a plan to sales representatives and I already complained to at an t and they did try to reach the manager of Micheal but he didn’t respond to the call.
