Terrible company, I work with an agency. We are currently advertising with multiple people. We emailed them several times at least 4 times with no response. We wanted to setup multiple client accounts with them, but never got a response from anyone.

These people did not show what the prices were, I had to give a card to see what it was about. They have me at a 350 dollar charge per month. I only want to try them not buy them. I would have agreed to a one hundred dollar limit, but they have gone way to far. Seem like CON ARTIST to me. Trying to call them and New York is not answering the phone, and the west coast has no phone number to even try to call.

On Monday morning I plan to call the Attorney Generals Office and file a complaint about these crooks. Hell they have no help as how to set up a ad to be shown.

Extremely unprofessional. Zero customer service to assist you if you need any help. After 2 weeks of having our campaigns rejected and setting up a call with their rep - Steven Casella, to better understand how to work with the platform, he doesn't call at the time we scheduled. I emailed him to see why he missed our call and he writes back with one short sentence "We no longer accept this type of content on our network. You can review our Prohibited Content policies for more information." He didn't bother to call and was a no-call-no-show. So unprofessional. There are many other native advertising platforms out there that offer the same advertising and much better/professional customer service. Do not bother!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't remember the last time when I had to deal with people who were this incompetent. I basically found them through an ad that was advertising a Free Download. Of course, they get your name and email; but then the download button didn't work. So I emailed customer support and explained what happened. By the time they responded I couldn't remember exactly what the freebie was, so I asked if they could just search for my email in their CRM because that shows how the customer lead came in. After all, they'd been sending me marketing emails so I knew that my email address was registered. They apparently are not smart enough to do this, or they're liars, and they kept telling me they have no ads running. I basically had to go and hunt down the ad take a screen shot and send it to them. It's THEIR AD! In between all of this I keep getting these "We resolved your issue, ticket closed" emails WHEN THEY DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Then after sending them a screen shot of the ad and saying "send me the download", I get an email from Divya (who should be fired) that there is no free trail or demo period...WTF is that person talking about?! All I wanted was the download in exchange for giving these people my email. After responding to that email stating exactly that I get ANOTHER "Case closed" email!!! It's been three weeks going back and forth with these people. This is almost comical at this point. I can't even image giving this company money. Their support is completely incompetent. So do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. PS don't call any of the listed phone numbers because they have those going to a secretary who said all she does is lets people in and out of the building and she's not allowed to forward the call to anyone.

Any organization that rakes in the kind of money that Taboola does with their “advanced” recommendation engine needs to do a much better job of being available and accessible to those advertisers that pay to keep their “technology” running. I have never heard such a poor quality phone answering system that wasn’t a front for a money laundering scheme, as I did when I called their NYC office number to complain about their service. My point continues to be proven by their poor customer experience, lack of transparency and ineffective platform.
