Been getting my vision checked here for years. My last appointment this year ended with me getting a glasses prescription that was not accurate. Jumped through the hoops they required from me just for Dr. Tolman to refuse to provide me a proper prescription when the second exam resulted in a different prescription that allowed me to see clearer. I wouldn’t have an issue if the glasses provided for me didn’t make it impossible for me to go through my day. It’s frustrating to have to pay out of pocket for a pair of glasses that don’t fit my needs and even more frustrating to go to a doctor that doesn’t bother with the well-being and best interest of their patients. People deserve better care and respect from their doctors.

I had a terrible experience at Three Rivers Optometry. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and I felt like they had no respect for my time. I waited over 25 five days to get my Daughter
glasses while the Glass was set on their storage for over 15 days ,they Naver call me while my Daughter suffering Not be able to complete her school work
She only 8 years old , with no communication from the team about it All . them Even She doesn't’ Say Apologize,
optometrist was. A good person,
He answered all my questions properly explain My Daughter eye health. The exam felt very good , and I was pushed into purchasing expensive glasses without being given clear alternatives.
And I got charged $45 dollars more if I want the glass change color in the Sun which is should do that with out I have to pay and other $45
Overall, the service was subpar, and I left feeling dissatisfied and undervalued I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone in the office is efficient and caring. They are wonderful at explaining the procedures as they go. Dr. Tolman makes you feel at ease as soon as he walks in. I've always had great experiences at Three Rivers.

Everyone at this office is amazing. Knowledgeable staff for all your eye needs. Healthy eyes are a must and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sosha is awesome! She makes the pre-testing part of the exam fast and easy. I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.

Staff is professional and friendly, exam seems technologically up to date. They do not put prices on the frames. I picked 2 that my $200 coverage fell way short. So no glasses for me. I'll check elsewhere.
